Yes, we have a minimum rental period of 4 hours for all party equipment rentals. Which can be extended, at an additional charge. 

Latest pick up is 8pm If you need to extend please let us know. 

Yes, we require a $100.00 Deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to setting up the equipment. 

We allow cancelation up-to 14 days prior to the event for 100% refund of your deposit. If your cancelation is within 14 days of the event, your deposit is non-refundable, but can be used towards another booking in the future. 

We include delivery for up to 20 miles from Stroudsburg, PA. Which is included in the rental cost. Distances further than 20 miles will have an additional charge for travel. 

Our SoftPlay set ups are for children 0 - 6 years of age. 

Our SoftPlay set up is intended for both indoor and outdoor use. However, in the event of rain in the forecast the SoftPlay equipment must be set up indoors.

+ We can reschedule your event if the date is available. 

We can set up on short grass / Artificial Turf, Concrete or Cement, Brick / Wood, Any flat dry surface. 

What we cannot set up on: Rocks / Gravel , Dirt, Sand, Patchy Grass, Any wet surface, uneven surfaces.

Area should be cleaned, cleared, and ready to go BEFORE we arrive. 

We arrive at least 2 hours before your event 

Set up takes 1-1.5 hours.
